Booking and Cancellation Policy:
· Cancellation: Guests receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full reservation cost.
· Group Bookings: Reservations for 3 or more rooms are considered group bookings. These bookings require changes to be made at least 7 days in advance.
Additional Information:
· Refunds: Applicable bank charges may be deducted from refunded amounts.
· Non-refundable Periods: Bookings made during long weekends, citywide sold-out dates, and blackout periods (festivals, Christmas & New Year's) are non-refundable and non-changeable.
· New Year's Eve Gala Dinner: A mandatory Gala Dinner fee applies to all WelcomHeritage Hotels & Resorts guests on New Year's Eve.
