Mr. Ashutosh Chhibba
Chief Executive Officer
Ashutosh Chhibba, CEO of WelcomHeritage, is a seasoned hotelier with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. An alumnus of IHM Kolkata (Class of 1990) and the Welcomgroup Management Institute, he began his journey with ITC Hotels in 1992.
Ashutosh has held key leadership roles, including General Manager at prestigious properties such as ITC Mughal, ITC Kakatiya, and Welcomhotel Rama International, among others. He also gained international experience managing operations for the iconic restaurant Dumpukht in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Deepika Rawat
Sr. Revenue and Distribution Manager
Deepika is an experienced professional with 16 years of expertise in revenue and distribution management in the hospitality industry. During her career, she has had the opportunity to work with several renowned hotel and resort chains, where she gained valuable insights and polished her skills in this field. Her experience has given her a strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior, which she leverages to develop effective revenue strategies.
In 2022, she joined WelcomHeritage as the Revenue and Distribution Manager, bringing her skills to contribute to the organization. Deepika holds a Bachelor of Science degree from H.N.B Garhwal University and a Diploma in Aviation and Hospitality Management.
Abhishek Bhattacharya
Head - Sales
Abhishek brings 27 years of experience, including 19 years in sales, and has worked for a number of renowned hotel chains, including Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, ITC Hotels, Hilton Worldwide, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, and others. He began working for WelcomHeritage hotels in 2022, and in his capacity as Sales Head, he has effectively given our hotels across India solid leadership.
Abhishek holds a Bachelor's degree in the prestigious fields of marketing, finance, and statistics from Agra University.
Gaurav Gupta
Head Operations
With 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Gaurav brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of front office operations, revenue, and general management. He has collaborated both domestically and internationally with well-known companies including ITC Hotels, Radisson, Accor, Autograph, and Marriott. His skills and experience have been shown to boost staff engagement, guest satisfaction, and operational success.
Gaurav holds a Hotel Management Degree from IHM-A, Aurangabad, India and an MBA in Hotel Management from ESSEC-IMHI, Paris.
Manoj Kumar
Head - Admin & HR
Manoj brings 28 years of experience, including 25 years in administration and finance. Since joining WelcomHeritage in 1998, he has excelled in a variety of critical roles within the organisation.
He oversees market operations, the launching of new properties, risk management, budgeting at the unit level, financial analysis, and strategy. Manoj has contributed value and insights to every role and duty he has held because he has been associated with the business since its beginning.
