Deepika is an experienced professional with 16 years of expertise in revenue and distribution management in the hospitality industry. During her career, she has had the opportunity to work with several renowned hotel and resort chains, where she gained valuable insights and polished her skills in this field. Her experience has given her a strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior, which she leverages to develop effective revenue strategies.

In 2022, she joined WelcomHeritage as the Revenue and Distribution Manager, bringing her skills to contribute to the organization. Deepika holds a Bachelor of Science degree from H.N.B Garhwal University and a Diploma in Aviation and Hospitality Management.

Abhishek brings 27 years of experience, including 19 years in sales, and has worked for a number of renowned hotel chains, including Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, ITC Hotels, Hilton Worldwide, Carlson RezidorHotel Group, and others. He began working for WelcomHeritage hotels in 2022, and in his capacity as Sales Head, he has effectively given our hotels across India solid leadership.

Abhishek holds a Bachelor's degree in the prestigious fields of marketing, finance, and statistics from Agra University.

He is an excellent strategic thinker and doer. He stands out from the competition because of his emphasis on establishing connections with various stakeholders and using them to improve consumer experiences.

Manoj brings 28 years of experience, including 25 years in administration and finance. Since joining WelcomHeritage in 1998, he has excelled in a variety of critical roles within the organisation.

He oversees market operations, the launching of new properties, risk management, budgeting at the unit level, financial analysis, and strategy. Manoj has contributed value and insights to every role and duty he has held because he has been associated with the business since its beginning.

Abinash has been associated with the ITC Hotels for more than thirty years in different roles and capacities. He began his career with ITC after joining the WelcomGroup Maurya Sheraton, New Delhi when he was selected for the Group's Management Trainee Program in 1990. Later, he was appointed as Sales & Marketing Manager for WelcomGroupChola Sheraton &WelcomGroup Park Sheraton in Chennai in 1996. Soon, he was posted as the Marketing Manager for the Group's flagship property, the ITC Maurya in 1999.

Only to explore a new field, Abinash joined Colliers Jardine, a real estate MNC Consultancy as General Manager in 2000 and was involved in several landmark transactions and advisory. After successful accomplishments in the field of real estate advisory services, Abinash re-joined ITC Hotels as Head – Sales & Marketing for Fortune Hotels.

He was advanced as Area Manager for New Delhi Hotels viz. the ITC Maurya and Sheraton New Delhi and subsequently Area Manager-North responsible for the Leisure and Luxury hotels in India. Abinash was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of WelcomHeritage Hotels in 2020. Abinash holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila and received his Diploma in Hotel Management from IHMCTAN, Dadar, Mumbai. He successfully completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) from the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College, Vermont USA.

With 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Gaurav brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of front office operations, revenue, and general management. He has collaborated both domestically and internationally with well-known companies including ITC Hotels, Radisson, Accor, Autograph, and Marriott. His skills and experience have been shown to boost staff engagement, guest satisfaction, and operational success.

Gaurav holds a Hotel Management Degree from IHM-A, Aurangabad, India and an MBA in Hotel Management from ESSEC-IMHI, Paris.

Heads Revenue & Distribution and will spearhead the Growth of Electronic Distribution for WH Hotels including www.welcomheritagehotels.in, OTAs, Rate Integrity and Discipline across channels and integration with the ITC Hotels Group. She brings a total of over 12 years of experience in Reservations and Revenue & Distribution. She also holds expertise in managing multi properties at the cluster level with Accor Hotel & Ambuja Neotia Hospitality in the East and The Suryaa, New Delhi.

Akansha has 10 years of experience, including 7 years with WelcomHeritage. She has held numerous important leadership positions within the organisation and has made significant contributions to the brand's growth through strategic decisions and management within the organisation.

Akansha holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from JIMS. She is a strategic thinker and her experience in the hospitality industry, combined with her excellent communication skills, makes her a valuable addition to WelcomHeritage.

Mr. Neeraj Balani: has joined us as Head of the Operations, Quality, L&D. He has experience of over 20 years in the industry with The Oberois, Radisson and Sterling Resorts specializing in Hospitality Services. He will assist our hotels and General Managers to install Quality processes and introduce Concepts in Safety, Accommodation, Food & Beverage across the chain.

Kalpna brings 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 8 years with WelcomHeritage. She has introduced various technologies and demonstrated her abilities within the organisation with significant results. She is a proven professional in CRS and inbound marketing, as well as an excellent leader.

Mr. Gaurav Gupta, Head Sales & CRS Operations: is the latest addition to our Team. He holds an experience of 23 years in hospitality in Front Office Operations, Revenue and General Management, he has worked with known brands like – ITC Hotels, Radisson, Accor, Autograph, and Marriot in India and abroad. Gaurav will assist the organisation to energise the Sales Department and streamline CRS Operations with our Hotels.

Ms. Akansha Vij, Manager Marketing has done tremendous work in developing the WelcomHeritage Brand Guidelines and developing Brand Standards in order to present a unified Front to the market and our cus-tomers. She is also working on Brand Alliances in the Travel space to enhance our reach through Digitisation.

Mrs. Kalpna Chandra, Manager – GXC* and CRS has stabilised our Contact centre (080-45771900) and adopted several technologies to be available to Customers. Currently we operate on a national basis from 8am-8pm and during Covid her Team has proved invaluable with Direct “Voice” calls have been on the increase.
