TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The WelcomHeritage Privilege Card Programme, herein referred to as “Programme” is open to Resident Indians and foreign nationals residing in India.
  • The duration of the membership shall be for a period of twenty four (24) calendar months.
  • A member is entitled to a 20% discount on the published room tariff and the Heritage Holidays Packages for up to a maximum of 3 rooms at the WelcomHeritage Hotels. The published room tariff is the standard published rate for a room and does not include any other discounts or promotions.
  • Discounts can only be availed on flashing the Privilege Card while utilizing services at the property.
  • Members are also entitled to a 20% discount on food and soft beverages while dining at participating WH Hotels restaurants. The member can avail the discount for a maximum of 8 guests.
  • The Members shall also be getting benefits of other Promotional Activities from time to time.
  • All Food & Beverage shall be ordered during the restaurant’s valid working hours from the regular menu. The value of the specific discount shall not include federal, state and / or local taxes, off premises or room service orders or any discounted dining specials or promotions.
  • Applicable discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount offers and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded or substituted.
  • All table(s) and room(s) reservations are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offer, promotions, special packages or events.
  • The regular membership benefits shall not be valid during special events / festive dates. Kindly check with the Hotel Reservations Office, at the time of making table or room reservation(s).
  • Presentation of the WelcomHeritage Privilege Card is mandatory to avail of the various discounts & benefits of the Program. WelcomHeritage is not liable to extend Privilege Card benefits and discounts if the membership card is not presented while booking/ Dining/ Check In.
  • WH Privilege Card discounts are not applicable on banquet & conference bills and in-room dining services.
  • Room bookings received through a travel agent shall not be entitled to the room discount.
  • The membership card is valid only if used by the member. The membership card is not transferable.
  • In the event the card is lost, the member shall immediately inform the Privilege Card Programme Manager or the Hotel concerned. The new card will be issued within 7 working days, subject to receiving a written request and paying the duplicate card fees of Rs. 500/- plus applicable service tax.
  • WelcomHeritage reserves the right to add, modify, withdraw or delete any of the rules, terms and conditions, duration of the Program, participating hotels, participating restaurants, membership fees, vouchers and any o all aspects of the Program with or without any prior notice. All decisions in this regard shall be final and binding on the WelcomHeritage Privilege Card Member.
  • Fraud or abuse concerning the WelcomHeritage Privilege Card is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by WelcomHeritage, including termination of membership.
  • WelcomHeritage liability shall be limited to a sum not exceeding the sum paid by the card member towards his/her food bill (excluding alcoholic beverages) and Room Tariff.
  • The program is governed by the terms & conditions mentioned herein or communicated to the members from time to time and are subject to the laws of the Republic of India.
